System Restore is Blank in Windows XP Fix

Symptoms:
When accessing system restore both in Normal Mode and Safe Mode, you are getting a blank page.

Resolution:
1. Click Start then hit Run.
2. Run the following commands then click OK after typing each command:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
Note: If running vbscript.dll is unsuccessful, download vbscript.dll (Credits to http://www.dlldump.com for this script) and save it on the Desktop for easy access. Replace the existing vbscript.dll in the folder c:\windows\system32. Perform Step 2 again (skip regsvr32 jscript.dll command)
3. Restart the computer.
